How it works
When you sign up, one of our Coaches will arrange a one-on-one initial consultation with you, for approximately one hour. This session is to find out
your goals and current fitness and health, diet, and lifestyle, and to design an individualised Program to suit your specific goals.We then give you access to our online licensed program Recomp™ that has your personalised nutrition and training plan for you to track your progress.
You will have weekly check-ins with your Coach for them to provide feedback on your progress and answer any questions.
